This is not an audition for a position alone, these are characters. For the most part you can define their personalities on your own, but we've given some guidelines to get you started.
These three mares are the eldest of the Keepers and thus are their leaders. The Keepers turn to them for wisdom in choosing their course of action. They are treated with the utmost respect and reverence, and should they ever leave the Haven they are immediately approached by other equines seeking their counsel. They have an otherworldly aura to them, and are still in great health despite their advancing age. Hespera is the eldest of the three and acts as a mediator during all discussions. They do not know hate or greed, since those qualities are not present in Keepers.
Name: Hespera
Meaning: "light of evening", setting sun
Color: chestnut
Age: 18
Personality: She is very calm, but can become very stern when she is confronted with an instance of foolishness. She does not hesitate to gently chide others in order to steer them back onto the correct path. She feels like she is the non-biological mother of all the Keepers, meant to care for them while still preparing them for their lives.
Name: Erytheia
Meaning: "the red one"
Color: blood bay
Age: 16
Personality: The most restless of the three, she is the one who wanders from the Haven most often to observe the outside world. She does not fully understand the concepts of hate and greed, since the Gods banished such qualities from all Keepers, but she seeks to learn what has corrupted the world so. Her pursuit of knowledge brings her to do much field research and she is quick to share her findings with others.

Name: Aegle
Meaning: "dazzling light"
Color: fleabitten grey (white with tiny brown pinpoints, like freckles)
Age: 15
Personality: The youngest and most enthusiastic of the Elders, she can always be counted on to lighten the mood when things get tense. She hasn't been an elder for long, so she's still getting used to having to be formal and serious most of the time, but all Keepers are naturally laid back so she isn't too worried. Her role will come naturally in time.
Congrats to Lego!
You may only audition for one Elder, but if you do not win that audition you are free to try out for another! Remember not to make them too emotional, they are calm rational beings and do not know negative emotions (though doubt is allowed). If you're a geek, maybe thinking of them like Vulcans will help you out. They have emotions, but control them to a great extent.
