Have you ever wondered what sort of babies your character might have with another specific character, even if plot or character circumstances means that can't happen? Or perhaps you've got a foal plot in the works and want a little sneak peek at what the little one might look like in terms of colour?
LOOK NO MORE! Lyrics is here to put together your imaginary pairing and craft their imaginary baby! I've done this on other sites and it's always been a great way to bring members and their characters together without actually having to RP or make anything canon =)- You can request a pairing between any two characters, including Northerner/Southerner, a Dioscuri or Fate, and same-sex couples. I'd recommend at least one of them is your own character, but keep in mind this is all purely hypothetical!
- Please don't get panicked or offended if someone else uses your character in a pairing, take it as a compliment! If you really aren't comfortable with people using your character feel free to PM me, above all I want to make sure everyone is happy!
- On the same note however, PLEASE don't think someone else owes you a thread/plot because you used their character in a pairing, or vice versa!. Sure, if you and the other member happen to like what you see and think the pairing might actually work, go ahead! But as I said, these designs purely for fun and not serious at all, so if I find out that people have been using this to pressure other members into threads or anything of the like, I'll be shutting it down.
- I will be using the same basic template for every foal. These designs will be purely made on coat colour, not build or breed etc.
- I'll be using this colour calculator to make the foal's colour as genetically realistic as possible. I'll try to make each one unique and interesting as possible, but don't be shocked and disappointed if the foal turns out the same coat colour as one or both of the parents. These may be hypothetical, but a solid chestnut and a solid chestnut will still probably make a chestnut baby
- These designs do not guarantee that if the pair DO breed and have a foal, that it will turn out like the design I make. Spec decides foal statistics, I just do this for fun
- You can request specific traits for your pairing's foal if you really want to (as long as its genetically possible), but you can't control every aspect of it. You may as well make your own design if that's what you intend to do ^.^
- You can request as many pairings as you like, but I'm keeping it to two requests at a time just so everyone can get one in a reasonable space of time
