Create your catastrophe* At Whittington Academy!

There was peace once, though by now it is but a distant memory in the minds of those old enough to remember. There was order and cohesion, and nothing to fear. The Keepers of Hesperides stayed within their walled Haven, and none disrupted their peace. There was always a rumor that an object of unspeakable power lay hidden within those great walls, but in time the rumor grew dull with age. But now a young stallion, maddened with greed, is gathering all the information he can about this mysterious object of celestial power. Flanked by the powerful drafts of the northern lands, he is murdering and taking prisoners left and right. There is only a handful of southern herds that stand against him, led by the mysterious Theseus. If they are vanquished, the Keepers will be on their own. Chaos and uncertainty abound. How much longer can the forces of reason hold off this madman?

The board is set, the pieces are in play. Whose side will you join?

This is Whittington's background plot, but this RPG really revolves around the "catastrophes you create", so be sure to think something up for the Storyboard!

Whittington Academy, home to the rich and beautiful of Los Angeles, California. And if you're not rich and beautiful? Then you might as well be dirt, because that's what you'll be treated like. This boarding school is separated by many different cliques, with the prettiest, richest and most popular group being the Sexy Seven.

These seven girls rule the school and they know it. Anyone who gets in their way will be committing social suicide, as the group is known for spreading nasty rumors and making your life a living hell. Are you good enough to make it into the Sexy Seven? Or will you be the one who made it to Whittington Academy on a scholarship, forced to the bottom of the food chain?

Whatever your place at this school may be, you won't escape the gossip. The walls have eyes, ears, and a very big mouth. No one around here keeps their trap shut, no matter how many pinky promises you make. The gossip board is the hub of social downfall, so try to stay out of it, sweetie. Though I doubt you will.

In 2010 the dean of the school announced a state government movement to improve the lives of the poorer districts. He announced a merger between two schools that would never in the real world combine, however, now they're being forced too.

Cardinal High, California is a terribly run down school. The children that attend know what it's like to go through perhaps a day without food and never take any aspect of life for granted. They have their pride and each other, a close knit community that knows more morals than the WA kids.

The school is being knocked down and all of the Cardinal children are moving to WA. Changes have been made and poorer cabins have been made for the C's. However, this means that the rich and poor have to confulge and live with each other, in dorms, in classes and well - everything.

How will you fair? Will you cause more trouble? Or will you milk the rich for everything you never had?
